The team fell to a tough 3-1 defeat to a very strong Heritage side. Tied at the half 0-0 and 1-1 with 15 minutes to go, we were unlucky to concede two late goals and unable to capitalize on the chances we created, just missing on several occasions. A great game to showcase the quality of Loudoun field hockey, as validated by the Washington Post who sent a reporter and photographer to the game. The goal was from Rachel Del Rosso with the assist from Grace Yacura.
Bulldogs Field Hockey now has a 7-2 record on the regular season.
