The JV bulldogs hosted district rivals Fairfax Rebels. The Bulldogs dominated the first and created plenty of opportunities but could not capitalize. The bulldogs came out strong in the second half scoring 8 minutes into the half on a corner kick by Austin Wright. Bulldogs continued to dominate the run of play and with 4 minutes left in the game Angel Pisarev scored on a beautiful unassisted play stealing the ball at midfield and dribbling past 2 defenders to make the final score 2-0. Omar Rosario Alvarado records 8 saves and earns the first shutout of the season for the Bulldogs with the help of a great defensive effort by the team. The JV Bulldogs return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Langley.
