The Boys soccer team traveled to Chantilly Thursday night falling to the Chargers by a score of 2-0. The team was playing its third game of the week and competed and fought hard through out the contest but could not break through Chantilly defense. An early goal first half goal and last minute goal in the second half provided the difference for the Chargers. Senior goalkeeper Gene Yim had another very strong game in goal once again making 15 saves in the game to help keep the Bulldogs in the game.
With the loss the team drops to 2-2-1 on the year. The team has another three games next week playing Monday at home versus Herndon, Tuesday home versus South Lakes (District opening game) and Thursday away against Madison (District).
