Coming off of Spring Break, the Stone Bridge girls’ soccer team earned another victory at home with a 1-0 win over South Lakes. The Bulldogs scored in the 29th minute of the game. Sophomore Lindsay Gallagher passed the ball to freshman Emily Fox. Fox beat a defender and then shot the ball into the upper 90 of the goal. The ball soared over the goalkeeper's hands to put the Bulldogs on the board. The defense earned another shut out and were lead by junior goalkeeper Hailey Corpe who recorded 2 saves.
With the win, the Bulldogs move to 6-0 in the season. They will host West Springfield on Thursday night.
