The boys' tennis team traveled to Jefferson Park to play Marshall High. Although the team came up just short of winning the match, there were a lot of positives and success in the Bulldogs' first match since before the Spring Break. Sophomore Matthew Bernhards and Senior Jeremy Basheda started the wins by winning their singles matches. Basheda, in his first singles match of the season, won first at #6 singles with an 11-9 score. Bernhards finished shortly after that, winning his match at #5 singles with a 10-7 score. This was Bernhards' first singles match at the 5 seed. Stone Bridge took 2 out of 3 doubles matches, with wins at #2 and #3 doubles. Freshman Jacob Brantley and Freshman Rohan Malladi started the doubles match wins off by winning their match at #3 doubles with a 10-5 score. Senior Hunter Freitas and Junior Danny Sandberg followed the Freshmen win by winning their match at #2 doubles with the same score, 10-5.
