Stone Bridge High School is pleased to announce that they are recognizing parents, members and the coaching staff of the 2010 VHSL Girls AAA State Championship team Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the home football game with West Springfield. On June 12, 2010 the team won the State Championship at Westfield High School. The win ended an undefeated run for 21-0-2 Bulldogs. The team won the Liberty District Championship along with the Northern Region Championship.
The team was ranked No. 1 in the nation by ESPN Rise for Girls Spring Soccer programs. The National Soccer Coaches Association of America recognized Stone Bridges girls’ as one of the top twenty high school teams in American, No. 7.
We encourage everyone to attend event to support the players, families and the Stone Bridge community. The team will be introduced during halftime:
