The Stone Bridge girls soccer team earned another shut out win against Thomas Jefferson on Wednesday night by a final score of 6-0. 

Eighteen minutes into the game, Junior Lauren Brower passed the ball to Freshman Emily Fox who sent the ball soaring over the keeper’s head to put the Bulldogs on the board. In the final minute of the first half, Junior Carissa Showalter received the ball from Sophomore Lindsay Gallagher and then put the ball in the back of the net. In the second half, Fox scored again after getting the ball for Gallagher and then beating a defender. Freshman Alexandra Addington added another goal with an assist from Sophomore Brigitte Deel. Addington then added an assist as Fox scored her third goal for a hat trick. Sophomore Briana Alston scored the final goal of the night for the Bulldogs. Collectively the team did not allow Thomas Jefferson to have a shot on goal during the game.

With the win, the Bulldogs move to 4-0 in the season and host Marshall on Friday night.
